Eligibility Criteria
- To qualify for the ECO4 EWI & Boiler grants, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a homeowner or a private tenant.
- Have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F, or G.
- Receive at least one government benefit or have a household income of less than £31,000.
